Fallout 4 nuka world stuttery

Slight frame stutters in nuka world, far habour ect.

Any culprit for this?
Lets leave out the basics like, godrays, volumetric lighting, whether they are on ultra or off, the micro stutters still occur.
Shadow distance ive set to just above medium
Is there some magic ini setting which will fix it?

1080 8GB seahawk
i5 4690k 4.2ghz (utilizing all 4 threads)
16GB ram 1866mhz
I run ark survival evolved on absolute ultra at 60-70 frames
Battlefield 1 60fps solid capped on maxed settings
Gta 5 , 60fps solid with mostly maxed settings (msaa and grass im looking at you)

...so, why is fallout 4 a piece of ♥♥♥♥? :D, ive played it a lot.. its not unplayable .. its 60fps most of the time, its just the tiny jutters moving through built up areas that bugs me.

Clear up Fallout 4's stuttering frame rate on Xbox One with an external hard drive

If you're getting frustrated by frequent frame-rate stutters in Fallout 4 on Xbox One, you may want to try an external hard drive. According to multiple tests run by Digital Foundry, running Fallout 4 off of a speedier drive can smooth out some areas of otherwise uneven performance.

The best results come from running the game off of an external solid-state drive, which eliminates the "micro stutters" that stop you in your tracks when loading new parts of the Commonwealth or switching weapons. If you don't want to pay up for an expensive external SSD, you should also see some improvements from running the game off of a 7200 RPM external HDD.

Keep in mind that Bethesda will hopefully sort out many of these performance issues through post-launch updates - it took a while for Skyrim to shake off the launch jitters on console, too. But if you're too enamored with dressing up Dogmeat to wait for an update, these tips should help in the meantime.

After Fallout 4's next-gen update, its most essential Xbox and PC mod may be causing stutters and FPS drops

What you need to know

One of the Fallout 4 mods often considered "essential" for the game is the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch, or UFO4P. The mod fixes countless bugs with the vanilla game and is available on both Xbox and PC.

Following the release of Fallout 4's next-gen update, though, several PC players have reported (one with video evidence) that UFO4P is causing hitching and stuttering issues in their game. One player on Xbox has reported the issue as well.

A UFO4P team member has pointed to a recent Digital Foundry analysis of vanilla Fallout 4 on console that shows the base game has stuttering issues after the next-gen patch, but many players say the stuttering only occurs in their game when UFO4P is installed.

I loaded Fallout 4 up with nothing but UFO4P installed to test it myself, and found there were fairly consistent, albeit rare, stutters in denser parts of Fallout 4's map like Lexington and the downtown Boston areas that went away when I disabled it. However, your mileage may vary.

Since its release in 2016, one of the most popular mods for Bethesda's

Frame drop/stutter in Nuka World

Hi. My rig has been running this game perfectly until I entered Nuka WOrld. Nothing changed during the Gauntlet quest but at the moment I got outside in Nuka World it started to stutter and even freeze for one or two seconds.

I took the monorail back and directly to Diamond City to check and there everything was fine again. Got back to Nuka World and bam, extreme frame rate drop again.

Has anyone met the same problem with this DLC ? I didn't have this trouble with Far Harbor at all, despite the permanent fog, everything was fine there.
