The Productivity Queen Walkthrough

This quest is acquired by questioning Bellhop Norville at the Grand Colonial Hotel about the crime scene. He divulges that Helen had left the Hotel with the Prophet of Profitability on the day of her death, making her a suspect. You will need to track down the Prophet.

The Prophet operates a private retreat in the Wilderness Exploitation Reserve. Head to the reserve by following the bridge north of the Hotel. As with the other areas on Eridanos, there will be a small transitioning island with another bridge leading to a lif

You've investigated two suspects in the case of Helen's death. You're making progress. If you believe you know the name of the murderer, speak to Administrator Ludovico and make your accusation. Otherwise, continue your investigation and look into any additional suspects.

Note that this quest becomes available once you've completed any two of the following quests:

 

Speak to Administrator Ludovico at the Penthouse Terminal and name the murderer. Depending on the quests you've completed and the choices you've made, there are several interesting conversation to be had here. Ultimately, the quest will end with a security breach at the Distillery where the administrator is and you are tasked with investigating, beginning the next quest Naked Hunch.

After exhausting all of their leads, players will find themselves face to face with a decision. Who do you accuse of killing Halcyon Helen? In this guide, we’ll show you how to complete the quest An Unfinished Accusation.

Warning, this guide contains major spoilers for The Outer Worlds: Murder on Eridanos. As such, we only recommend reading this article after finishing the DLC for yourself.



An Unfinished Accusation – Who to Accuse?

Having completed all the main missions in Murder on Eridanos, you find yourself with a choice. It’s time to inspect the possible killers. Make your way up to the Penthouse in the Grand Colonial and visit the Investigation Board in the room where Felix is hanging out. Here you can see all that you know about the suspects.




First, there’s Bertie. As Helen’s ex-boyfriend, and someone with a bad temper, it makes sense that he might have lashed out in anger and killed Helen for breaking off their relationship. Unfortunately, the pieces just don’t match up. Bertie seems to have loved Helen too much, and thus wouldn’t have hurt her.
