At Newquay Leisure World in our leisure pool we have plenty of water features and Flumes to keep the family entertained a bubbly volcano, Happy Hippo Flume, The Extreme Orange Flume, The Tippety toppety Bucket, Sally The Slow Snake and Sammy the Spitting Snake.

Newquay Leisure World's Trampoline and Play Park is just a hop, skip and jump away.
You'll find a range of cool things to enjoy, including a fidget ladder, slackline, foam pits and performance walls - so dive in and master those acrobatic tricks.
Our soft play area gives your children freedom to play and use their imagination. There is a dedicated soft play area for under 12’s – including a 4-lane slide, apple orchard ball pit, rope bridge, glow room and skyglide track – as well as a special area, just for babies and toddlers.

Five family changing cubicles and baby changing facilities are available in our pool changing room. Safe storage for pushchairs is also available for customers using our pools, please ask at Reception for assistance.

Leisure World of Maryland is proud to be the only 55+ community in the area featuring a premier golf course. Our championship, 18-hole, par 71 golf course is the centerpiece of our community, designed (by Desmond Muirhead) to offer both challenges and enjoyment for players of all skill levels.
Renovated in late 2024 by McDonald and Sons, a leader in golf course design and construction, our course now boasts stunning improvements. The bunkers, expertly designed by Joel Weiman, are filled with premium “Augusta” white sand, enhancing both playability and aesthetics. Additionally, all cart paths have been newly repaved for a smoother experience.

Course Features
Our course offers three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different abilities:
• Green – For the longest hitters
• Blue – Ideal for average ball strikers
• White – Designed for those with a shorter drive

Bishopstown Gym
Our gym in LeisureWorld Bishopstown, Cork went under a massive renovation at the end of 2017. When looks for a gym in cork we recommend you come and check out ours. We are confident that we now offer Cork’s best gym and fitness facility.
What was previously a one level gym. All cardio, free weights, resistance machine and training space located on the ground floor. Now we offer a split level state of the art training facility suitable for all levels of fitness and people of all ages.
We could list out every piece of equipment here but really you just need to see for yourself. We believe we now offer our customers one of, if not the best gyms and training facilities in Cork.
On the ground floor you will find ample room to do your own functional training, racks, rigs, fun toys, dumbbells, barbells and lots of resistance equipment.
On the first floor you will find our new cardio room with 40+ pieces of top of the line machinery. Upstairs we also have our fitness studio and indoor cycle studio.
At LeisureWorld we believe that everyone has a right to take part in physical exercise. We are not a bodybuilding gym, a powerlifiting gym, or a boutique fad gym
